What the site is

LumiExams is a free, independent study resource for exam preparation. We provide original revision notes, practice questions, and study tools. The site is for personal, educational use.

No affiliation

LumiExams is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any examination board, test provider, or university. Names such as "ESAT", "IGCSE", "A-Level", "Cambridge", and similar are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only descriptively, to indicate the exams our materials help you prepare for.

Accuracy and "as is"

We work hard to make our content accurate and exam-relevant - for example, our practice questions are independently answer-checked before publishing. However, the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is error-free, complete, or current, and we are not responsible for exam outcomes. Always check official syllabuses and materials from your exam board. If you spot a mistake, please tell us so we can fix it.

Intellectual property

The original content we create (notes, questions, solutions, code, and design) belongs to LumiExams. You may use it for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or resell it, or use it to train models, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not misrepresent the site or its content as your own or as official exam-board material.

Subscriptions and future paid products

Subscribing with your email signs you up only for updates (such as a launch notice). Any paid product will have its own terms, presented before you purchase. Joining the early-access list does not create a purchase obligation. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiExams is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
